Vehicle detail: one machine, whole story
Registration plate in crisp monospace, purchase price, odometer and days owned, lifetime spend on this vehicle, document expiry status colour-coded by urgency, and its recent expense history.
Fuel logging that does the math
Type litres and price per litre — the total fills itself in. Flip the full-tank switch and your next full tank yields a real km/l mileage figure automatically.
Reminders with a sense of urgency
Overdue items turn red, this-week items amber, the rest teal. Upcoming and All tabs keep the list focused, and each reminder can be marked done in place.
Analytics that answer questions
Overview, Monthly, Categories and Vehicles tabs turn your ledger into charts: where the money went, how this month compares, which vehicle costs what per kilometre — with a shareable PDF export.
Trips with receipts attached
