My mileage isn't showing

km/l needs two full-tank fill-ups with odometer readings. Mark the "Full tank fill-up" switch when you fill to the brim — the figure appears from your second full tank onwards.

I was signed out on my other phone

That's by design: signing in on a new device revokes all other sessions to protect your account. Just sign in again on the device you're using.

How do I change my PIN or name?

Profile tab → Change PIN (you'll need your current PIN) or Edit Profile for your name.

I forgot my PIN

There's no self-service reset yet. Email us from any address, including your registered mobile number, and we'll verify and help: contact.rozbill@gmail.com.
